THE RESEARCH ABOUT THE APPLICATION OF THE VERTICAL FLOW METHOD IN MODERN ENTERPRISE

With the study of horizontal relations in modern enterprise, the author believes the vertical flow method should be emphasized.That is to say, we should adopt different strategy of management during the different developing period of enterprise.The vertical flow method is divided into three stages: fundamental management stage, humanistic management stage and teamwork management stage.Further, the corresponding stage task, human nature hypothesis, the organization structure and the pattern of management are explained respectively.
