Experimental study on the mineral processing of a certain low grade hematite in the East Hebei province
Mineral processing tests were carrried out to treat low grade hematite of Hebei.The results show that a flow sheet of stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation is the most feasible.Adopting the flowsheet,iron concentrate with a grade of 65.80% TFe,a yield of 22.97%,a recovery of 69.10%,and a tailing grade of 8.81%.
