Analysis about the problem and countermeasure of cultivation of graduate students

This paper analyses the problem and countermeasure occurring in the cultivated process of geosciences and other graduate students. The problems mainly are:① The whole specialty quality of graduate students needs improved strongly;② The press of obtain employment is added;③ The attitude to specialty is not active; ④the press of tuition is increasing. Suggesting the cultivation and management of graduate students is important and needs attendding of the whole society.
