    Study on contact state of rim and rim clamp in dump truck based on ANSYS software

    • In order to research the contact behavior of rim and rim clamp in dump truck and determine the friction torque can be passed,a FEA model for the rim and rim clamp is established,on which key parameter of solving process was researched and analyzed.According to the results of the analysis, the paper points out the deficiency of existing structure,and presents two improved schemes,through comparative analysis with the original schemes,determines a reasonable design scheme.The results show that the reasonable contact parameters setting can improve the solution speed and precision,can guide the rim installation structure design,improve dump truck in the security and reliability in use.
