Institution of transfer way of mining rights in China: problems and solutions: Study in Chinese mining rights ttransfer system compared with the case of Chile

This paper analyses the legal issues of transfer way of mining rights in China. Furthermore, this paper makes a research on the transfer way of mining rights in Chile, and also makes an analysis on the China's national conditions for reference to formulate specific countermeasures in the transfer way of mining rights.
