The coupling effect evaluation between coal industry cluster and coal-rich region economy based on the study of Shanxi province

Research considers that the coupling between industry clusters and regional economy,not only expresses coupling coordination degree between two subsystems,but also in the action of the coupling efficiency of the system under this coordination performance.Based on the related data of 2001~2012 Shanxi coal industry and Shanxi province,this paper makes use of the quantitative research methods,including coupling coordination model,DEA model,to evaluate coupled coordination degree and coupling efficiency between Shanxi coal industrial cluster and Shanxi economy from the characteristics of coal industrial clusters and coal-rich regions.The results show that:the whole level of coupling coordination degree between Shanxi coal industrial clusters and regional economy is low.And the coupling efficiency is not present obvious growth trend.These conclusions show that both have not formed benign interaction mechanism and be further promoted the stability and efficiency of the system function.
