The design of performance appraisal system of mine construction project Based on the BSC

Mine construction is a complicated project.Due to the particularity of the mine project,it must strengthen the performance appraisal of mine construction.Traditional performance appraisal of the mine construction is mainly from the aspects of quality,safety,schedule,cost,etc.the appraisal is simple with single appraisal indexes.So this paper takes BSC as the instruction,design the mine construction engineering project management of the high performance strategy map according to the particularity of mine construction project,and construct the mine construction project performance evaluation index system,so as to realize the effective connection strategy and performance appraisal and promote the improvement of the mine construction project management performance.
