Research on supporting scheme for fragile and soft rock in Xishimen iron mine

Xishimen iron mine has fragile and soft rock,high mining pressure.On the basis of analyzing deformation and failure of supporting,this paper presents shortening the length of drift and loading cutting groove far from hanging wall,Shotcrete bolt mesh and U-shaped bracket combined Supporting,Technology of roadway passing bulk layer.These technical measures ensure the stability of drifts in two aspects:decreasing adverse influence of mining on supporting and adopting new supporting,while have a good practicality.
