    RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BALL MILL'S EFFECTIVE POWER AND OTHER WORKING PARAMETERS

    • A mathematical model for determining the effective power of ball mill has been established using the method of four-varibles three-levels orthogonal design conception and the method of multivariate regression analysis.The influences of ball charge,mill discharge density,ore-ball ratio and mill speed on the effective power of mill are also discussed.The study has laid a foundation for further research of how to apply the ball mill's effective power to ball mill's inspection,measurement and automation.
