DETERMINATION OF THE SUBSTATION CAPACITY FOR MINE STANDARD GAGE TRACTION

In this paper,through a great amount of investigation,analyses and research,the auther gives a relatively allsided description of the method determining the substation capacity for standard gage traction in metallurgical open pit mine. Formulas calculating the mean load of substation for traction and the maximum transient load of substation for traction are introduced. Development and correction of formula, calculating the maximum transient load by emperic coefficient method are described in detail, and correct determination of maximum transient load by analysis method is explained. Through check and comparation, the formulas are proved practical.
