THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF EVALUATION OF NON-WASTE MINING

Non-waste mining is an imperative development trend for mining industry in 21^st century.However,there is at present no relevant systematic and in-depth evaluation theories and methods.In light of international practice,the paper creatively establishes a mathematical model & an index evaluation system and divides the evaluation system into subsystems,i.e.,mine's economic development,mine's social development,mine's environmental protection,comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,mine's development and coordination level.The paper applies fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process in the combined analysis of the index system,analysis and treatment of weight as well as the system for the decision making.A few examples are employed for illustration purpose.
