On improving the construction of management system of the transfer of mineral exploration rights

This article analyzes the single management system which follows the application priority principle when transfer the mineral exploration rights. Since this management system has been carried out for a long time in China, it has shown gradually not in accordance with the socialist market economy, and can not exercise macro-control effectively of mining resources survey.Regarding to this issue,this article gives some policy suggestion on improving the construction of management system of the transfer of mineral exploration rights by using the experience of other countries for reference and combining with the management process of the transfer of mineral exploration rights in China.
