Study on system and mechanism of geological work in China

The scientific and rational system and mechanism is able to ensure the healthy development of geological work. Based on the current situation, looking forward to the future, and respecting market economy law and geological work law, this article firstly discusses the development course of geological work, secondly analyses the direction of reform and intrinsic motivation of the system and mechanism, finally puts forward the ideas on the system and mechanism of geological work under the conditions of market economy.
