Research on private capital into the mineral exploration and development fields

With the gradual opening of China's economic environment and continued development of the market economy,the depth and breadth of mining opening to private capital is on the increase.This paper analyzed the development course,current situation and existing problems of private capital investment in the Mining area,and concluded that there is not only no system barriers but also has broad prospects for private capital into mining.And it occupies a leading position in the field of non-oil and gas,the investment proportion in the production scale continues to rise.Forms of investment and platform for private capital have diversified development.However,Mining area also has some problems such as big investment risk,high capital threshold,long payback period,high professional technology and the inherent system mechanisms that require the construction of mining laws meet institutional environment and enhanced policy enforcement.
