Analysis on the legal system of the mineral right management of Saskatchewan in Canada

For further research and study on the management experience of foreign mineral resources,the legal system of mineral resources as well as the main systems of mineral right management in Saskatchewan is analyzed in this paper.The types of mineral rights,the modes of acquisition as well as the connotation of the systems concerning rights and obligations in Saskatchewan are mainly elaborated.The suggestion of strengthening the legislation of rights and interests of the mineral rights protection is put forward,and the management processes,standards and contents of the key aspects such as the allocation of resources and the equity allocation are further clarified,Recommendations concerning laws and regulations system of mineral rights are constantly improved,providing references for further improvement of mineral right management and legislation in China.
