Analysis of the development course of large international mining companies

International mining companies are multinational mining companies which have international competitiveness, control a variety of mineral resources as the target market and operate international trade as a profitable means. On the basis of a systematic review of the development process of large international mining companies, this paper discussed the development characteristics of large multinational mining companies at different times and found that the change of large multinational mining companies’ development strategy is closely related to economic development. Globalization, capital operation and resource prioritization are the main development strategic measures which are generally adopted by large multinational mining companies.
