Application of a novel collector ZMC for bauxite flotation

A novel collector ZMC useful for bauxite flotation was studied in this paper.By employing ZMC collector to process two kinds of bauxite ores using flow sheet of "one roughing,two scavengingand two cleaning",outstanding results were gained in the flotation circuit tests.Processing the bauxite ores of A/S=4.5and A/S=3,the A/S of final concentrate are 7.04 and 7.72;the recovery rate of Al₂O₃ are 92.16% and 70.56%,respectively.
