The influence of sensitization agent type on desensitization degree of emulsion explosives

using test apparatus underwater explosion, it is studied that the desensitization phenomenon of emulsion explosives which is sensitized by glass micro-balloons and expanded perlites in different dynamic pressures, and the desensitization degree of two kinds of sensitized methods are compared at the same dynamic pressure fore-and-aft. The results show that the type of sensitization agent has a very effect on the desensitization of emulsion explosives under dynamic pressure. The desensitization degree of emulsion explosives sensitized by expanded perlites is larger than the one sensitized by glass micro-balloons.
