THE VALUE-BALANCE EQUATIONS CONCERNING THE INTERRELATIONS OF SOCIETY, ECOLOGY AND ECONOMY FOR RESOURCES EXPLOITATION

In this paper, based on pioneer's concerned theory and according to the actual problems ex-isting in populous districts the author presents the value-balance equations in which the relations of the val-ues of technology, ecology and society during the resources exploitation in miming areas could be expound-ed, and fundamental equations through which the mining benefits could be all-roundly evaluated.
