Application of the ground high precision magnetic survey in a exploration area of the Taxkorgan,Xinjiang

The survey area is located in Taxkorgan autonomous county,the west of Taxkorgan continental block. The metallogenic geological condition is superior.In order to evaluate the prospect of mineral resources in the work area quickly and delined prospecting target area,we conducted a work of large scale ground high precision magnetic survey. Based on the qualitative analysis and procession of the magnetic survey data,we delineated two positive magnetic anomalies that is fill with prospecting significance.Based on the profile measurement and the inversion of tangent method and interactive method by 2.5 D in favorable areas,we finded out the distribution of the underlying abnormal body preliminary.We have used the measure informations to guide the construction of drilling and trenching, the measurement results provided us a favorable basis to carry out the further work of geology.
