NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF STRESS AND DISPLACEMENT FIELD IN LAYERED SOIL OF DIGGINGS

Abstract
The method for the analysis of layered soil is presented using the fundamental solutions of three-dimensional multilayered solids of diggings.The generalized Kelvin basic solution and the boundary element method coupling,the boundary integral equation is established for the layered soil boundary value problem,and does not include interface integral.The singular integral appearing in the kernel function has made the detailed explanation.It is shown that the present method is efficient for the stress and displacement in layered soil.
