    The research on the relationship between coal miners' organizational obligations cognition and work commitment

    • Based on empirical study, we discussed the content and structure of Chinese miners’ organizational obligations cognition and work commitment, and explored the influence of miners’ organizational obligations cognition on their work commitment. Through 353 investigation samples’ factor analysis, we confirm the 4 dimensions of miners’ organizational obligations cognition and the 3 dimensions of work commitment; then through 354 samples’ structural equation modeling analysis, we verify that the condition of miners’ organizational obligations fulfillment cognition will appreciably influence their work commitment state. Findings: (1) the young and highly-educated miners show low work commitment; (2) Besides wages and employee welfare obligation, organizational development obligation and employee-care obligation significantly influence miners’ work attitude, behavior and performance.
