The application of tire life-cycle management system in safety management of coal mine

In this paper,the application of tire life-cycle management system in coal mine,make research on the limitation of existing domestic tire technology level,the safety management of giant tires in the analysis of existing problems;The best solution to solve the problems;Through the statistical analysis of tire site usage,and tire life-cycle management system of tire in the process of using dynamic temperature,pressure,speed,road conditions,such as trucks overloaded function of real-time monitoring system analysis comparison,it is concluded that the best tyre management solution.The use of tire life-cycle management system not only can effectively improve the service life of tires,to reduce the fuel consumption,is more significant on the traffic safety,after a year of trial shenhua energy nortel victory in open-pit mine not blowout accident.
