FAILURE STRESS ANALYSIS OF FREEZING TUBE

During the shaft construction by freezing,the freezing tube is sustained by actions of shock pressure,freezing pressure,temperature stress,bending stress and frictional force.The stress calculation of the freezing tube is made by statistic balance equations according to the stress produced from blasting and cylinder′s stress field.The theorical position,at which the failure of freezing tube can happen,is analysed.
