Study on the team construction of public geological survey

Based on the in-depth research and system analysis of the data,the basic situations of the national geological survey team are briefly introduced.The characteristics of development and change of geological survey includes:the personnel,funds input present significant stage growth;the measures are taken to achieve substantial geological investigation scale growth;the task of national,local commonweal geological survey team has saturated.The advantages and disadvantages of the national,local and school commonweal geological survey team are compared.Finally,the countermeasures about business development,classification management,performance evaluation of commonweal geological survey team are pointed out.
