Study on the environmental restriction model of coal mining total amountin Shanxi province

Environmental problems of coal mining were attracting more attention with the serious effect on environment from the coal mining. The research on this aspect is becoming more and more, but the research scope just concentrates on environmental impact analysis and ecological carrying capacity evaluation, and the reasonable determination of coal mining total amount based on the environmental restriction didn't involved yet. This paper analyzed the affordability of the resource and environment to the coal mining from the view of quantitative evaluation, and established comprehensive evaluation models based on two factors of water resource and land resource, evaluated the coal mining total amount quantitatively.
