Study on leaching characters of uranium ore from Jiangxi

The conditional experiments are completed in three kinds of columns for uranium heap leaching. The results show that:①The metal leaching rate is related to the ore size tremendously, the ore size goes smaller, the metal leaching rate is higher,the appropriate ore size is -4mm; ②The acid consumptions is 6.6%~ 10.4%, the leaching rate is 79.4% ~ 87.3%, the acid consumptions is lower, it is suitable for acid leaching; ③The ideal spraying way is that continual dropping is used in the early leaching period and the intermittent dropping used in the medium and final period. The results are helpful for industry experiments of heap leaching later.
