The application of controlled blasting technology in road cutting under complicated environment in one Railway is introduced.The blasting parameters to combine the theory with the engineering are decided.Through choosing the reasonable directions of minimal burden and tamping length to control the flying stone.Seeking reasonable loading explosive method and using hole-by-hole blasting technology in complicated environment to reduce the blasting vibration,using pre-splitting blasting technology to protect the integer stability and smoothness of the slope.
