Prevention and control of underground water pollution and the development of environmental biotechnology

Aiming at the current serious underground water pollution in China, the paper discusses the importance and necessity of prevention and control of underground water pollution, introduces the theory, role and practical techniques and methods as well as the application results of environmental biotechnology in preventing and controlling underground water pollution, and puts forward constructive proposals for developing environmental biotechnology to control underground water pollution in China.
