Empirical study on the weightiness of evaluation indices of the RPMSCS operational performance

Risk precontrol management system of coal mines safety (RPMSCS) was creatively established in 2011,which provides a set of management strategy for coal mines safety and has been rapid implemented among the coal enterprises of China,however,few evaluation researches on the empirical study of the RPMSCS can be found.This paper,taking one large-scale state-owned energy group directly under the central government for example,firstly analyzes the structure characteristics of the RPMSCS evaluation system for the branch companies of the studied group involving 14 aspects with 56 indices,and then employs the principal component analysis to calculate the weightiness of these evaluation indices based on conducting the reliability analysis of the evaluation results from the studied group.Based on finding the most important indices by considering the real evaluation results and the corresponding weightiness from the views of evaluation fields,indices and the PDCA aspects,the specific suggestion for the studied group is put forward.The research results provide not only the management basis and the key for the studied group to improve the operational performance of the RPMSCS,but also the important reference for other related enterprises.
