Preliminary analysis of developing a capital market of venture exploration in China

In 2014 mining market declined,the total investment of national solid mineral geological exploration decreased,social fund proportion fell from 65%to 55%.In China's mining market,social fund is one of the important forces to develop mining economy.To ensure that national investment could gradually withdraw from commercial geological exploration,China is in great need of developing a capital market of venture exploration and encouraging enterprises to become the main subjects.Hence based on the domestic status quo,the paper summarized mature experience of foreign countries on developing capital market,took Tianjin and Beijing mining exchange as an example by analysis of the present domestic situation,put forward some suggestions.
