Study on recovery policy for mine environment of China

The paper reviews polices for recovering the mine environment, including the environment compensation fee, emission pollution fee, resource compensation fee, resource tax, and so on. On the base of the recovery polices of foreign countries, the author proposes some new polices, including emphasizing the environment abilities of mine enterprises, establishing the ecological compensation mechanism, perfecting environment recovery bonds institution for mine enterprises.
