The relation between human and technical capital to enterprise profits distribution

Enterprise distribution is an important part for the whole social distribution system. Under the rapid development of modern technology, the primary problem is how to adjust the old distribution basis to apply to the demand of current market conditions. From the standpoint of the productive factors, the paper focuses on human capital and technical capital, speculates on the involvement of these two factors in enterprise profits distribution and reveals the predication that human and technical capital play a great role in enterprise profits distribution.
