The path analysis of private enterprises' listing on stock market

Either from the point of recent internal need of realizing value of mineral resources to get fast development or from the view of future development strategy ofChina’s mining industry the access system to be set up, being listed companies, to private mining enterprises, has become an important and urgent phasal development target. This article compared domestic A-sharelisting’s standard and its related influence on private mining enterprises with HKMB listing in order to provide some alternative for the listing ofChina’s private mining enterprises.
