Abstract

First,it analyzes the need for the establishment ofChina's metal mineral resources reserves; then,based on introducing the international experience of advanced country, it establishes reserve system ofChina's metal mineral resources, which mainly includes: reserves form, reserves operations and management of reserves fund. Finally, it analyzes the management system and reserve system ofChina's metal mineral resources.
