Research on the industrial chain extension of Heilongjiang coal mining area

After the eruption of the international financial crisis,the demand and price of coal decreases greatly.Coal-corporations in Heilongjiang have an oversupply again.This paper analyzes the background and extension mode of Heilongjiang coal mining area,and put forwards the tactics of the industrial chain extension and the development tactics of the coal-based city.
