Logistics performance evaluation of coal enterprises based on KPI and AHP

Coal occupies an irreplaceable position in China's energy for a long time.The geographical position of coal production enterprises and downstream enterprises is asymmetric, which determines the prospect of coal logistics development is broad.KPI and AHP is the theoretical basis in this paper.Considering the characteristics of coal logistics, coal logistics KPI and its weights are made from custom, coal washing and distribution, coal storage and coal transportation in this paper.
