Research into personnel strategies in coal mine enterprises′ crisis public relation

The introduction and application of the theories of crisis public relation play a positive role in preventing and reducing coalmine accidents, promoting the sustainable development of coal industry and stabilizing the society. This paper gives an analysis of the types of coalmine enterprises′ crisis public relation and correspondingly puts forward some personnel strategies in crisis prevention and on-going crisis settling and after the crisis, which would offer some suggestions for reference on reconciling personnel and the public in coalmine enterprises′ crisis public relation.
