The management of mineral resoursces needs some countermeasures

With the rapid development of national economy, the demand for minerals will become greater. However, the dominant idea in the present economic and social environment, known as satisfying the increasing demand as much as possible, neglects the importance of the demand, and studies focused on management of mineral demand are deficient compared with mineral supple research. Considering all the characteristics of Chinese mineral resource (limited reserve, unreasonable structure of reserve, undeveloped exploiting technology and mineral's non-regeneration), this paper offers several proposals for the management of mineral demand based on analyzing Chinese current mineral situation.
