The study of assessment index system and method on mining area′s circular economy

Based on the theory of circular economy and the guidelines of assessment index system's establishment, and combined with the characteristics of mining area, this paper establishes assessment index system of mining area's circular economic. The index system are constituted by the resources output index, the resources consumption index, the resources comprehensive utilization index, and the reducing emissions index, and each index includes corresponding secondary index. Then this paper confirms the evaluation method of mining area's circular economy based AHP and entropy. The whole index of mining area's circular economic is calculated by integrative weight which are composed of the subjective weight and entropy weight. The application of Huaibei mining area indicates that the evaluation method is feasible.
