STUDY ON SURFACE SOIL MANAGEMENT MODE OF ECOLOGICAL RECLAMATION IN COAL MINING AREA

By way of the fully knowledge of surface soil importance in mining area of reclamation,the necessity of reclamation surface soil management by law is illuminated in this paper.Based on effect analysis of existed reclamation technology in coal area,the surface soil peeling off technology of ecological reclamation also is put forward according to the fact that the soil quality of the land is low after submerged and need to improve when reclamation.
