Study on the entry of foreign capital into China’s gold resources development and countermeasures

Since the reform and opening-up，foreign capitals flowing in Chinese mineral industry has brought forward to a lot of new requirements for gold resource development.This article has summarized the historical process of foreign capitals’ entry into Chinese gold resources development.Through analyzing the current status of foreign capitals’ entry and influences on China，the paper has propose suggestions on managing the entry of foreign capitals in gold resources development：Continuously carrying out investigation and monitoring of gold mining rights ownership；Establishing multi-sector communication and negotiation mechanism of foreign capitals’ entry in gold resources development；Differently treating foreign capital mining rights in different entry periods，and appropriately deal with problems left over by history；Adhering to gold resources independent development principles.
