Factors research on recovering carbon concentrate from blast furnace sludge by flotation

Recovering carbon concentrate from blast furnace sludge using the flotation method.Collectors agent dosage,foaming agent dosage,dosage of disperser and flotation concentration were studied using single flotation method.The optimal conditions were collector is diesel with 500g/t,disperser agent is sodium silicate with 100g/t,foaming agent is 2^# oil with 25g/t,and flotation concentrations is 5%。 Laboratory test through a flotation flow-sheet of "one rough flotation and two-stage concentrate" at the optimal operating condition was performed.The grade of carbon can be improved from 29.2% to above 65%,and the recovery of 66% could be obtained.
