The practice and reform suggestions for the profit distribution of China's mineral development

This paper argues that according to the current laws and regulations of China,the profit distribution of mineral resources development has obvious shortcomings: profit distribution ratio for local government is unreasonable low,local people can hardly get profit and have to undertake environmental and ecological damage.It points out that the rules and must be improved in two areas,one is to raise the profit ratio for local government,and one is to improve the expenditure structure of the profit.
