Experimental study on producing super concentrate iron with iron ore in Hebei

An iron ore in Hebei has the characteristics of easy grinding and easy separating,on the basis of producing ordinary iron concentrate,experiment was taked to produce super iron concentrate.When re-grinding degrees -200 mesh is only 56.4%,use magnetic separation process to obtain super iron ore concentrate which of grade is 71.36%,recovery is 87.48%,silica content is 0.42%;Further anti-flotation process the super iron ore concentrate,which can reduce the silica content to 0.14%,the grade increased to 71.82% and the recovery rate is 78.87%.Ideal technical indicators are achieved,and the iron ore resources will be more effective used.
