Discussion on the classification of achievements evaluation and the construction of index system of geological survey

To scientific evaluate the contribution to development of economic and social,the problems and difficulties of achievements evaluation of geological survey are analyzed.Based on the characteristics of geological survey,the previous experience and change regularity,and the new situation and new requirements,the achievements evaluation of geological survey will be divided into 4 categories including 15 sub-types,and the evaluation index system is constructed in accordance with the "three separate one integration"(including effect and product).Finally,three suggestions are putted forward:the effect and product indexes are used as a reference for goals determination and achievements evaluation;Classification and index should be unified and simplified as far as possible;a project can have multiple effect and product indexes.
