The problems and countermeasures of coal resources exploitation in Xinjiang

Xinjiang is rich in coal resources,especially power coal. For the whole national coal industry is facing further overcapacity situation since 2012,the Xinjiang coal overcapacity will be further. The origin of this problem include three aspects: the rationality of coal chemical industry,especially coal gas is debatable; the WestEast natural gas transmission project is not satisfactory; there are also many problems in Xinjiang coal railway transportation channel construction. To the above situation,the following countermeasures are put forward: set up an investigation group to assess Xinjiang Energy transportation channel construction; the group investigate the progress of every investment subjects thoroughly; formulate "Xinjiang coal resource development plan" year by year; strengthen energy development plans based on market economy.
