Optional test on mineral process of a copper ore

It is a sulfide ore that includes chalcopyrite as main useful minerals and feldspar as main gangue.Copper concentrate and pyrite are products hoped simultaneously in mineral processing.According to the characteristics of the ore,single condition flotation technical parameters tests and mineral processing technical flowsheet researches were carried on.With the united process of bulk flotation-separation flotation,copper concentrate of 25.31% copper and gold 6.7g/t with a recovery of 87.50% copper and 84.52% gold was obtained with 75%-0.075mm fineness.With one roughing,once scavenging and twice cleaning process,copper concentrate of 19.13% copper and gold 5.33g/t with a recovery of 88.13% copper and 89.15% gold was obtained.Advanced copper concentrate can be produced by the first beneficiation program,but the second program has optimization of simple process and low costs in production.
