Research on economics of minerals trinity management

Minerals management involves many problems.The aim of this article is to introduce the differetiation of resources,assets,capitals in the minerals management,and to study the key issues of a management model which put resources,assets and capitals of minerals management together.Analysis of the problems of Chinese mineral management system is also presented.Finally,this paper demonstrates some recommenda-tions about how to realize the trinity of minerals management.
