The study of flotation column reclaim pure sulphur from copper leaching residues

According to the characteristics of the leaching residues of chalcopyrite atmospheric pressure oxidation leaching technics(the copper leaching residues), pure sulphur is reclaimed by using a cyclonic-static microbubble flotation column,and a good separation index which the grade of the pure sulphur concentrate is 47.50% and the recovery is 93.15%.This can not only supply chalcopyrite atmospheric pressure oxidation leaching technics,but also realize the recycle of sulphur resource,so it has good application prospects and economic meaning.
